Laundry Room
1. Do not overload the washers. It causes them to leak.
2. Clean the dryer lint trap after every load. If you don’t it burns up the dryer.

Flooring
1. Do not use bleach or heavy chemicals on the vinyl. It causes it to yellow. It is best to use dish liquid, Mr. Clean, or Lysol.

Bathrooms
1. Wipe a towel across the tiles in the shower after every use to help prevent mildew and keep the tiles shiny.
